This splendid flat is located on the ground floor of a distinguished Haussmann style building (ceiling height 3,70 m).

You will find it very easy to park near the flat, just a few meters away (indoor parking Rapp).

The building dates back to the 19th century and is ideally located near the majestic St Martin’s collegiate Church.

It is bordering the “Place Rapp” and the pedestrian zone, where you will find many shops and boutiques that will allow you bring a small part of Alsace back with you in your luggage!

The train station is also a 15 minutes’ walk from the apartment, and you will be able to reach the EuroAirport Basel-Mulhouse-Freiburg in less than 45 minutes by car.

Our accommodation is located in an ideal area which will enable you to explore the most visited and enchanting tourist sites of Alsace!

Don’t miss the ancestral and fascinating Alsace Wine Route, stroll through breathtaking traditional villages (Eguisheim, Turckheim, Kaysersberg, Riquewihr & Ribeauvillé) with their astonishing half-timbered houses, their wineries… and much more!

You will also be captivated by destinations such as the castle of Haut-Koenigsbourg, the Volerie des Aigles (an eagle animal park which offers an impressive spectacle of the greatest birds of prey in the world freely flying) and the Montagne des Singes in Kintzheim (a fascinating world of more than 200 Barbary apes roaming free in 60 acres of beautiful forest).

The Automobile and Railway Museums are looking forward to welcoming you in Mulhouse (40 km away from our location), and, last but not least:

Europa Park, Germany´s largest amusement theme park (56 km away), and of course, the city of Strasbourg, with its outstanding sites and monuments (75 km away).

The apartment is easily accessible from the A35 motorway and is adjacent to the indoor parking.

Our luxurious Haussmann style apartment is located near the famous and iconic “Little Venice” and 1,8 km away from the Municipal Theatre of Colmar, a great performance and event hall.

Built in 1891, the apartment provides high-quality equipment and accommodation such as:

In the immediate vicinity of our apartment, don’t miss the majestic House of Heads (built in the 17^th century in German Renaissance style), St Martin’s collegiate Church (with its astonishing Gothic architectural details and colors) and the Franciscan Church of St. Matthew (one of the major achievements of the mendicant orders in Alsace).

You will be able to reach the EuroAirport Basel-Mulhouse-Freiburg, the nearest airport in the area, in less than 45 minutes by car.
